Description

The Hisense QLED series E7HQ in 4K resolution is equipped with Quantum Dot technology, which allows the television to display a higher colour space and purer colours. The first letter is followed by a number to indicate where it stands in the lineup; the last letter represents the year; Hisense uses G for 2021, H for 2022, and K for 2023. This Dolby Atmos-enabled TV also brings immersive audio to your home whether it is shows, games or live sports.

We asked Hisense about these claims, and their engineers told us that the peak brightness is only for about 1s on a 10% slide, so it's mainly about sudden bright flashes of light in some movies. The new VIDAA U5 Smart TV OS lets you switch effortlessly between all of your favourite entertainment and built-in apps, including Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and Freeview Play. What’s more, with Freeview Play built in, you’ll have access to over 40,000 on-demand TV shows and 700+ boxsets at your fingertips. After a week of use since writing this review, I am very satisfied for what I payed for, and it is my hope this TV will last a good long while. The biggest audio issue is that there isn’t much bass around to help give impact sounds more, well, impact. Add to this some decent shadow detail retention in the darkest image corners and you’ve got dark scenes that don’t instantly and distractingly look like some poor relation to bright scenes. For starters, following a frustrating trend with Hisense’s current TVs, most of its picture presets aren’t helpful, with all but the Standard mode creating looks that really aren’t at all convincing.

The former is said to be arriving before the end of the year, but we always need to take such claims with a pinch of salt until the app actually turns up. Similar to Samsung's The Frame, its matte coating is designed to blend into your surroundings, and you can use it to display artwork when you're not watching TV.

The 43A6GTUK’s sound is potentially bolstered by built-in Dolby Atmos decoding, though it remains to be seen if such a cheap TV has a good enough sound system to really derive much benefit from what Dolby Atmos can do.

It's servicable for listening to voices, but a sound bar will definitely come in handy if you listen to a lot of music. There were holes which looked like they could be used to fix the stand to the Television with screws. Dialogue, scores and soundtracks are made to sound all the more anthemic, so every frame both looks and sounds pristine. Finally, while we’re appreciative of the efforts the 43A6GTUK makes to accommodate gaming, its gaming pictures are impacted in Game mode by quite noticeable resolution loss - especially when playing at 4K 60Hz - whenever you pan around a gaming world.Finding the right one to fit your television and the surrounding space in a practical way is the key when selecting a TV unit. bandwidth ports with a 60Hz panel, so you lose out on the 144Hz refresh rate of the more expensive models. This is the second time I've bought this brand of TV the other being an older 58" 4K which is a great TV.

Hi all i recently purchased the Hisense 43E7HQTUK overall i have been impressed with the tv and the picture is good ( although theres a very slight DSE issue hardly noticeable but its a lottery out there). Making partial payments may result in a portion of the lump sum of compound interest being refunded at the end of the delayed payment period. Hisense claims that this TV can reach an incredible 10,000 cd/m² and has 40,000 local dimming zones, which should help it deliver one of the most visually impressive HDR experiences available on the market today. If you're looking for the cheapest Hisense TV on the market, you're in luck as they have a fantastic cheap model, the Hisense A6/A65K. We can’t guarantee, therefore, that everything we discuss here about the UK set also applies to the US model. More expensive TVs hoping for a picture horror show from the 43A6GTUK should brace for disappointment.
