I would like to say that I have ideas about how to make a lasagna in the George Foreman Evolve come out right, but I don't.

Each comes with a standard grill plate for meat and fish and general grilling as well as a deep bake pan that’s perfect for making pizza and even brownies. With the ceramic grill plates, you can use it for chicken, hamburgers, pork, steak, bacon, seafood, and vegetables. The design allows the top plate to lock open for grilling with variable temperature control and Quartez heating technology that gives you quick intense heat when you need it. The deep pan attachment completely transforms this grill allowing you to cook everything from casseroles to cakes. In just a few minutes, it was perfectly cooked – slightly pink in the middle with a browned crust of seeds. Next, we tried steak, moving the Evolve into its tilted position with the bottom grill plate in place. An optional extra purchase available for this grill is a pair of non stick waffle plates, allowing you to make an incredible, quick and easy, tasty breakfast in no time at all. We had long since outgrown another indoor grill that we had so I was totally thrilled to receive the opportunity to try out the new George Foreman Evolve Grill.I can't say that I really wanted to consider a Foreman grill (still regarded it as an "infomercial gadget") but the competition did not have overwhelming positive reviews. With a large enough grill capacity to cater for family meals, and removable, dishwasher-safe plates, the Evolve also has a unique Sear function that gives a boost of 260C heat for 90 seconds, ideal for sealing meat and fish to lock in the flavour. It’s important to note that the grill does not have a countdown for time until preheated, and you will have to start the timer when you place the meat on the grill. The digital timer and temperature gauge on the Evolve were really easy to use, eliminating any guessing as to how hot things were going to get or how long the food had cooked. Ordinarily the George Foreman grills heat up to 220℃, but this new Evolve machine has a digitally variable temperature selection which includes a 90 second, 260℃, sear function allowing you to quickly sear your steaks to lock in that all important flavour.

The coating is non-toxic, and they are not coated with Teflon, which has been known to release toxic chemicals into the air at high temperatures or when it breaks down after use.The versatility and convenience of the removable plate system let you create a multitude of delicious meals in no time.
