Description

In a completely different possible scenario, Galvatron led a Decepticon campaign to retrieve a sphere of cybertite, containing the secrets to an ancient Autobot power-booster within it. After his troops learned that the sphere was within a sunken ship off the California coast, Galvatron headed a squad to retrieve it.

At some point after coming to Earth, Megatron somehow gained even more power and a new paint job, rechristening himself "Galvatron". By itself, this new form was more powerful than his old body with Mini-Con enhancement. Still refusing to accept any limits, Galvatron discarded Leader-1 Galvatron's More Than Meets The Eye profile and sought to create the ultimate Mini-Con in his place. He began with Clench and "upgraded" him with parts extracted from other victims. Clench took to his servitude gladly, grateful for the power of his new body. This was just one example of Galvatron's increased ability to manipulate those around him to serve his own ends. Sadly for his allies, this came with an even greater disregard for anyone and anything besides his own quest for physical enhancement. More than Meets the Eye: Armada #1 The promotional images for this figure depict a different sculpt for the crown-mask. This tooling lasted late enough in the development process that it surfaced on some prototypes. According to John Warden, the mold included a pretooled alternate head which was "an animated Galvatron", and a toy-based silver version of the figure had been conceptualised, but neither of these possibilities were followed through on. [1] Galvatron was retooled into Generations Selects Super Megatron. Galvatron tried and failed to breach the Allowed Zone in a disastrous conflict known as the Great Push. Micro-Aggressions Intersectionality This almost doomed the Cybertronian species as the humans responded to Galvatron's invasion by practically halving the territory they allowed Cybertronians to possess. The Builders' best scientists thus destroyed Galvatron by vivisecting him, turning his remains into the G-Virus. Thereafter, Galvatron became known as the worst Builder in history, taught to be reviled by the Maximals and Predacons. Micro-Aggressions Despite what history recorded, Nucleon believed that Galvatron had very nearly succeeded in destroying the Human Confederacy. A Brush With Infamy–PrologueAfter a nearly endless war that resulted in the AllSpark parting from Cybertron for good, Kingdom episode 1 Megatron killed Optimus Prime, lamenting that they should have worked together. Afraid of the possibility of this occurring in the past, Unicron enslaved and reformatted Megatron into a life of servitude as Galvatron. Megatron's reformatting was recorded at the end of the Voyager Golden Disk, which Megatron used to record his every action during the Great War. Kingdom episode 5 As the Autobots and Decepticons died out, Unicron and his minions were a constant threat to the Maximals and Predacons that emerged from the uninhabitable Cybertron. Kingdom episode 6 Shadowstrip (Based on the cancelled G2 Drag Strip figure. Repaint of Legacy Drag Strip) Transformers Legacy: Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection Voyager Class Toys Thanks for the unsolicited measurement. I know what I'm looking at. The eyes on the Legacy version fill up more of the cavity in the faceplate than the Kingdom version. The eyes on the Legacy version also sit further forward in the cavity as well. Filling more of the cavity by default = wider. Unsolicited and imprecise caliper measurement or not. Human error is certainly a variable when using a caliper. TRANSFORMERS PRIME-INSPIRED DESIGN: This Transformers: Legacy 5.5-inch Prime Universe Arcee robot toy is inspired by the animated series, Transformers: Prime, updated with a Generations-style design Tarantulas's product description says that he comes with a crossbow and an sic accessory, but Armada Starscream's product description claims that he comes with an energon sword despite both swords being casted in solid plastic.

Transformers Generations Action Figures, Statues

This redeco of the Universe Galvatron toy was aimed at being even more show-accurate than the Henkei version shown above. Galvatron now features metallic blue paint on most of his robot body and metallic red on his abdominal plates. His cannon barrel is completely unpainted and translucent, likewise to better resemble both the show and the original toy. He now has Decepticon insignias on his robot chest and tank turret, for the first time in the history of the mold. It also has the distinction on being the only version of the mold to have a metallic blue turret, further increasing screen accuracy. Whether he's born from the fires of Unicron himself, an ancient Transformer warlord, or something else altogether, one thing is always certain: Galvatron is a focal point of power and madness given form. He is blind to all but his lust for power; his whims and desires can be sacrificed in a moment's rage. Not even his own subordinates are safe. Though he is not beyond the capacity for long-term goals, it is his unpredictability and casual disregard for any and all life that strike such horror in friend and foe alike. Truly, the Decepticon leader is without any sense of empathy. I hope UT Megatron ends up going through the same Megatron/Galvatron cycle from each series. And dear Primus, I don't even know if I'm being sarcastic or not!Megatron led the Decepticons in the war for the Mini-Cons, moving from Cybertron to Earth in his unstoppable goal to seize the power of the tiny 'bots. His relationship with his lieutenant Starscream was a troubled one, his harsh abuse of the younger Decepticon earning him his undying enmity, while his rivalry with Optimus Prime was an odder one still: when the Autobot leader was thought dead, Megatron sank into a deep depression, seeing no further challenge in his life without his eternal foe. Once upgraded through the power of the Mini-Cons into "Galvatron", Megatron was tormented further by the emergence of the threat of Unicron, whose existence called into question all he had ever fought for. Unable to tolerate the idea of living in peace, Megatron sacrificed his life to destroy Unicron. EPIC MODES: Action figure converts from robot to army van mode in 30 steps.
