Description

I’d love to know what you think of the new Luke Skywalker Red Five Helmet, and what other Rebel helmets you’d like to see As with all of the LEGO Star Wars Helmets, no minifigures are included with the set. This is not the section you are looking for. Move along, move along. — Price — When looking at the piece count, 75327 Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet is in-keeping with previous models and feels fairly priced. However, the build feels more comparable with the considerably cheaper 75305 Scout Trooper Helmet, which offered an equally short construction experience.

Keepability [5]– With a vastly expanding collection, these are sure to be collector’s items and will maintain their value It also looks like the Ahsoka sets that were released earlier this month may not hang around for long as they are planned to leave at the end of 2024.

Executor Super Star Destroyer™

Feel the power of your creative Force as you build the Star Wars collectible Luke Skywalker Red Five Helmet (75327), LEGO set for adults. This buildable model of Luke’s iconic pilot headgear is the first-ever hero helmet or open helmet in the LEGO Star Wars Helmet Collection.

Other highly rated sets are also leaving, such as the Inquisitor Transport Scythe and Razor Crest. Set # Awaken your creative Force - channel Jedi-like focus and mindfulness as you build this highly detailed LEGO Star Wars Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet (75327) model

Global Search

The orange visor is probably the least accurate, as the dip in the middle feels too deep, but I learned from the designers that this was a particularly challenging part of the model, as they needed to use trans-orange elements, that were as clear as possible, and many iterations led to this one.

The bright colours, and the fact that it’s a Rebel helmet also add to the uniqueness, and I was very impressed by how well the LEGO designers translated one of the most iconic helmets in Star Wars, and also made it so much fun to build. If this set was priced slightly cheaper, it would feel like better value for money. Whether that will be an issue comes down to what you place more importance on when purchasing a set: if it’s the final model then this will prove to be a decent buy. If it’s the build, you might want to look at other, more involved helmets before this one. — Pictures — Each diorama depicts action from recognizable Star Wars™ locations, complete with authentic details to bring the display to life. Join Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia and Chewbacca to escape the Death Star’s trash compactor, complete Jedi training alongside Luke and Yoda on Dagobah, or fly through the forests of Endor™ on a speeder bike. Whichever scene you choose to recreate, a rewarding and nostalgic building experience awaits! As the first attempt at an open-faced helmet within the Star Wars universe, 75327 Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet is a success. It looks pretty accurate, is full of authentic detailing and captures the unmistakable look of the X-wing pilot’s headgear very well. Designing it to resemble a helmet on a plinth rather than a hybrid between a full head and helmet like the Batman cowls was a smart move that’s paid off.Now that we have Rebel helmets, I can’t wait to see more of these – maybe we’ll get those aerodynamic Rebel Helmets soon! Fans of the LEGO Star Wars Helmet collection are in for a treat in 2022, with three all-new helmets to add to their collection, and in the next few days, I’ll be reviewing them all on the blog! There is a lovely foreword and introduction by LEGO Star Wars Creative Director, Jens Kronvold Frederiksen, and the iconic shot of the X-Wings on the Death Star trench run. Among these is the UCS Republic Gunship, and if previous UCS sets are anything to go by, this set could jump up in price when it hits the aftermarket. So if you're wanting to add the Gunship to your collection, now's the time to do so. From the swamps of Dagobah™ to the halls of the infamous Death Star, our collection of LEGO® Star Wars™ dioramas puts adult fans right at the heart of iconic scenes from the saga.

Here’s a look on the sides, where the Red and Yellow V symbols are prominently displayed – which I believe are killcounts, in the style of fighter pilots. If you’re a Jedi in training, then you’ll undoubtedly love having this replica Luke Skywalker (Red Five) Helmet in your home. It’s fun to build - minus the odd frustration - and the finished model is a joy to look at. When I first saw the helmet, and it being an open helmet, I was quite excited as I was hoping it would fit the Wooden LEGO Originals minifigure, but alas, it’s just a tad too large! It would’ve made such a brilliant accessory for it! Over a third of the Star Wars sets currently available will be retiring this year, with a total of 27 leaving shelves. It might be hard to make out, but there is also grey padding on each side of the inside of the helmet, which was a really nice touch. This set included clear instructions so you can relax and enjoy the construction of this Red Five Star Wars decoration. And when you’re ready for another building mission, look out for the other new LEGO Star Wars helmets.
