It is made using three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oils and olive leaf tea from the world-class groves of Victoria's Cobram Estate.

The olives used are sourced from Four Pillars friends who are at the world renowned Cobran Estate in Vicotria. Inspired by local olive growers, Four Pillars have made an olive leaf and oil infused gin featuring rosemary, bay, corainder with a citrus nose of lemon and grapefruit.The gin may be made just outside Melbourne but by using botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf, it transports you to the Mediterranean. The double-distillation process takes place in copper stills; the gin is accordingly smooth while still boasting a breadth of unique botanicals, including juniper, coriander, and za’atar.
