Description

The Vulkite Berzerkers are the traditional battleline for Fyreslayers, so you may need few to fill your list, although other units can fill the same role given the right general.

The reason for this is the aforementioned familiarity in the design of the models – that source of such ire for some – and those models included in this box (a Lord-Celestant on Dracoth, a Lord-Relictor, three Prosecutors, three Retributors, and 10 Liberators, including two Liberator-Primes) take full advantage of this, as we shall see. Stormcast Eternals: Thunderstrike Brotherhood – Points Because Raptors are pretty strong shooting units and their warscroll isn’t bad. This whole box is actually ideally set up to start you on the road to using all the warscrolls available to the Vanguard chamber and combined, they’re pretty spicy. Miniatures: 1 Spoilpox Scrivener, 2 Pusgoyle Blightlords/ Lord of Afflictions, 5 Putrid Blightkings, 10 Plaguebearers of NurgleThe scenery is a bit of an odd one, first becasue I feel we are being quite shot changed here. But additionally, you can’t actually buy much of this scenery without buying large sets. Praise Sigmar! If you find that you are enjoying the Stormcast Eternals and want to expand on your glorious Holy Crusade in a more casual sense then here are some noteworthy units and characters I can recommend for you as you think about where to go next: In the table below you can see all of the different value added boxes for Age of Sigmar. It will give you the perfect overview of cost, savings, points values and a direct link to a shop where (based on your location) you can actually get the box much cheaper. The Lord-Imperatant is parts 1-11, with parts 5 & 6 being optional helmeted and unhelmeted heads. Part 12 is a base feature.

price wise this is on par with (as it’s clearly aimed to be) amongst other premium board games you can get your hands on right now. Another key aspect of the Stormcast Eternals is their selection of mighty Heroes capable of inspiring nearby units with powerful buffing abilities – and they’re no slouches in combat either. You’ll probably be keen to start expanding your new armies to make the wars you wage all the more epic. If you’re particularly keen on the new look of the new Stormcast Eternals and Orruks and can’t wait to start filling up your Kallax with dozens more minis, I have bad news. Currently, the new style of Orruk and Stormcast Eternal figures are only available in the Dominion release and the three new Starter Sets. Miniatures: 1 Chaos Lord, 1 Chaos Chariot or Gorebeast Chariot, 5 Chaos Knights, 10 Chaos Warriors. Another issue with the Hobgrots (Hobgrotz?) is that, whilst there is a great deal of variation in pose from figure to figure – and even a hell of a lot of alternate build options across the sprues, as you’ll see below, to look at, they aren’t all that different. Even after playing through all the Warrior Starter Set Battleplans, I enjoyed trying them out again with the Harbinger version. Overall, it’s a good starting point with a decent number of miniatures representing roughly a third of your army.
