To produce an extraordinary straight bourbon the minimum maturation period is doubled, so that the whiskey spends four years in new casks.

Aged for 4 years in freshly fired American white oak barrels, it has developed a subtly spicy flavour with notes of oak, vanilla spice and fruit.
