Artisan Pure bears a close likeness to Nio by Xerjoff but unfortunately the longevity/performance is absolutely shocking.

I've found the performance of JVAP to be average and not as weak as others have reported, however everyone's skin chemistry is different. To me this is a classy masculine summer scent for the office or signature scent for people who don't like heavy fragrances. Bought 15ml decant and after 3 wearings I used half of it - no matter how much I spray I can't get past 3h longevity with good projection only in first 30 min maybe.Throughout the wear, the bergamot remains the star player, with the fragrant citrus element of petitgrain overtaking the green element, soft mandarin zest, lemongrass, that fluffy softness, a warm kiss of amber, and just a whisper of herbal greenness all following behind, until it ultimately settles to a skin scent and fades. If this is what the "flagship" of the John Varvatos brand looked like, it is not surprising to me that it is no longer with us. Not a serious fragrance tho, just something to wear when you’re going out in the sun doing your own relaxing thing.
