This award-winning Supreme Champion cheese is a hard pressed, full-fat cheese – cheddar in style, but slightly open in texture.She has not been well of late and this was a lovely surprise and she and her husband enjoyed it immensely, remarking on the freshness of the scones and the great quality of the other ingredients.
