It was a guide to making meat-free food that the kids would eat, showing us how to bolster and layer flavours using everyday ingredients in recipes that you could have any day of the week and with stuff you have in the cupboards. I tried out the “Big Batch Bolognese Sauce” and turned it into a spaghetti bolognese on the first night and a lasagne on the second (as they suggested).

I do like sweet things but I don’t like sugar in my savory dishes but I might like a couple of the recipes for dinner/dessert.
