The pot distillation takes 5 ½ hours per batch, much longer than the industry standard of 3 ½ hours = more flavour.

Once a bottle has been engraved the cut glass is then infilled with a special decorative silver paste. Out pifias cook for 18 to 20 hours, we distil longer than most and we play rock music in our factories to inspire the agave. Created in the famed hills of Los Altos, our Blanco tequila is double distilled using column and pot stills to give it a perfectly smooth and balanced taste profile.
