About this deal

Following the approach of Noctua’s A-series, the NF-A12x25 is a true all-rounder that yields superb results in all types of usage, regardless of whether it’s in low-impedance, airflow-oriented applications such as case cooling, or high-impedance, pressure-demanding scenarios such as on heatsinks and watercooling radiators. When modern CPUs use their turbo modes, they can (depending on the configuration of the UEFI BIOS) dissipate much more heat than indicated by the manufacturer’s TDP (Thermal Design Power) specification.

Integrated Anti-Vibration Pads made from extra-soft silicone minimise the transmission of minute vibrations while maintaining full compatibility with all standard mounting systems and fan clips used on heatsinks. Teaming up eleven stator guide vanes with a specially conceived seven blade impeller, the NF-F12’s Focused Flow™ system creates outstanding static pressure and focuses the airflow for superior performance on heatsinks and radiators. At the same time, a wide range of advanced aerodynamic design measures, second generation SSO-Bearings and Noctua’s new, custom designed PWM IC for fully automatic control guarantee astounding quietness of operation. The Noctua fan is an exceptional choice for your MiSTer FPGA, offering outstanding running smoothness and long-term reliability. The NF-A12x15 has established itself as a default choice when it comes to premium-quality slim 120mm fans. The NF-A15 is a premium quality quiet 140mm fan with a round frame that complies with Noctua's AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimisation) standard.

Custom designed for the new Focused Flow frame and to work in tandem with the eleven stator guide vanes, the NF-F12's seven blade Heptaperf impeller has been carefully optimised to achieve a perfect balance between power and quietness. On AMD AM5, the offset mounting option can significantly improve performance with typical reductions in CPU temperatures of 1-3°C. The NA-SAV2 is a fan accessory set consisting of twenty NA-AV2 Anti-Vibration Mounts for up to five fans. In general, higher RPM speeds result in higher noise levels, but note that the relation of RPM speed and noise differs from fan size to fan size (e.In summary, these are excellent fans, which do the job asked of them to a very high standard, all whilst remaining extremely quiet, and leaving you with a nice little handful of spares to use elsewhere in your PC build.

The NF-F12’s stator guide vanes are set out in Varying Angular Distance and feature Vortex-Control Notches. The centrepiece of the NF-A12x25’s motor hub is made entirely from steel and the axle mount is reinforced with an additional brass structure. Its superb running smoothness, reference-class SSO2 bearing and Noctua’s trusted premium quality make it an elite choice for the highest demands.

g. both the NF-A14 and the NF-P14 redux models are true all-rounders that work excellently both for case cooling and for use on radiators and heatsinks. With a Noctua cooling unit fitted, and my case fans replaced, my PC fell eerily quiet while still performing as well as it ever did and running a few degrees Celsius cooler than previously too.

Custom designed for the new Focused Flow™ frame and to work in tandem with the eleven stator guide vanes, the NF-F12’s seven blade Heptaperf™ impeller has been carefully optimised to achieve a perfect balance between power and quietness. The NF-A9 features the further optimised second generation of Noctua's renowned, time-tested SSO bearing. The Noctua A12x25 PWM 120mm Fan Chromax Black Swap has established itself as a true deluxe choice when it comes to premium-quality quiet 120mm fans. Integrated anti-vibration pads made from extra-soft silicone minimise the transmission of minute vibrations while maintaining full compatibility with all standard screws and other mounting systems. The PWM version sports Noctua’s custom-designed NE-FD1 IC for fully automatic speed control via 4-pin fan headers and comes with a Low-Noise Adaptor to reduce the maximum speed during PWM control from 1850 to 1400rpm.The NF-A15 features the further optimised second generation of Noctua's renowned, time-tested SSO bearing. Noctua's NF-R8 fan has become a default-choice among PC enthusiasts looking for a premium quality quiet 80mm fan. The fans are more than I could have hoped for; quieter than the (very quiet) Kuhler pump at low speeds, running down to about 120 RPM, and still pretty quiet at full tilt, achieving a steady average 1500 RPM with less than the stated 10% variation. The fan's short 20cm primary cable minimises cable clutter in typical applications while the supplied 30cm extension provides extended reach when necessary.
