About this deal

You mention that this new WiFi6e unit is best implemented under wired AI Mesh ( and assume you also recommend the same for my current config).

Which port would be best suited to connect to the Synology NAS given the performance issue that you saw with the 10gbps port? Asus is in a mad race with itself to produce the fastest, most overpowered, feature-laden wireless router. and ONE 5ghz band and leave the second 5ghz band free for use only with a VR headset, but I can only use one ssid with smart assignment if I give it all three bands.I want my backhaul to be wireless and I want good range for my coverage to extend over much of my yard.

So… for the very limited devices that get updated wifi chips in them (namely cell phones\laptops) idk that i really care all that much. PS: Bonus question is if we need more sats then there are port on the main, does it work if we just put a switch inbetween, or it must be daisy chained. Can upgrade later or sell one or both and get the newest AXE16000, or in a few years, an even better router. Using the RT-AX89X’s SFP+ port and the two AXE16000s in AP mode to enable the 6Ghz channel was a workable solution to that. You have the right to demand access to personal data and to rectify, erase or limit the processing, as well as to object to the processing. We also report the dropped frame rates of the first 8K video to see how well a router can deal with a saturated network congested with video streaming traffic and gaming. The best thing about it is that you can use it to manage the router remotely without a login account.

It's deliberately big and flashy, but I kind of like its looks, and the design is great from a usability perspective, with a full-featured mobile app that makes things easy.

Other than the web user interface, which I recommend, you can also use the Asus mobile app for the GT-AXE16000's setup process and ongoing management. But 150MB/s is plenty fast, and the GT-AXE16000 can indeed work as a viable mini NAS server, considering this USB feature galore. Yes, but since neither band is likely to be widely adopted by devices for some time, wouldn’t upgrading from the AX11000 to the AX11000 Pro be more advantageous for the wireless Backhaul band?
