Garlic – Aromatic and delicious, it is not a typical ingredient in carbonara and you can skip the garlic if you like, but I firmly believe everything is better with garlic.

Unlike most of the noodles found in this series, the water isn’t drained, so these noodles actually have soup. Bouncy udon noodles coated in a spicy, creamy, slightly-sweet sauce, this fiery udon carbonara is a quick and satisfying slurp.
