Press and hold the "Power On" button for 1s-3s until you hear the boot up tone. The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last device. if the headphones do not reconnect to the last device after continuously sending a reconnection signal for 5s, it will enter pairing mode again. Which has a microphone built into the cord, so you can use the headphone/microphone through an auxiliary cable. I was trying to use them with my XBOX where I cannot use Bluetooth. We may not have been blown away by the look of these headphones, but they boast an impressive set of features for the price. The Anker Soundcore Life Q20s contain four high-sensitivity active noise cancelling microphones that, according to Anker, reduce up to 90% of external din. We're usually suspicious when we see claims of ANC in a budget pair of headphones, but it works quite well here, with low-frequency rumbles such as the tumble dryer and housemates' farts becoming non-existent. Chatter and bursts of laughter remained audible, but that might not be such a bad thing if you need to listen out for important information (i.e. if you're at the airport).We even noticed the hiss in a quiet room; it isn't unpleasant (think faint white noise), but it’s a typical byproduct of less-effective ANC.Something strange that we noticed in this scenario, however, is that the quiet room noise seems to get louder when we turn the ANC on. Press and hold the "Power On" button for 5s to enter into pairing mode directly after the headphones are turned off. If the first device is playing music and the second device receives a call, short press the play/pause button to answer the call. Once the call has ended the headphones will resume playing the music from the first device. Anker estimates that the headphones can last between 40 and 60 hours on battery depending on your mix of ANC usage, but your results will also vary depending on your volume levels. Disappointing Noise Cancellation
These headphones are good. Not as noise canceling as I would have like on a flight, but still a great buy! They are also too big for my head, so I had to purchasing a padding to put on them. Link below. They do tend to slide around on my head quite a bit. The case does not come with the headphones. Below is a link to the one on my picture. The difference between hands-free and stereo: hands-free is used for calls, using SBC encoding, you must choose hands-free when you need to use the headphones mic; stereo uses AAC encoding, less noise and good sound quality, but you can only listen and cannot use the headphone's mic)

Microphone: choose the same as the system, at this time the microphone is input from the computer, not from the headphones mic. The overall experience is far from bad - in fact, it's very decent considering the price - but if your listening enjoyment relies on hearing every little nuance of the music, then you'd be better off investing in a more premium set of cans.
