Just like the original Extreme Q, this one does it all, but is easier to use, and even more versatile. Compared to something like the Volcano, the XQ2 has much more glass involved so there’s more risk of breaking something. There are multiple glass connections when using the whip or the balloon, I did find it a bit clunky at first and broke one of the bowls during testing. While the Volcano Hybrid on the other hand is strictly stay-at-home. It retains the iconic design of the previous volcano models, which is essentially the shape of a volcano. And is sturdy, weighty, solid unit with a tough stainless steel exterior. Plastic vs. Glass The on-board controls for the Arizer Extreme Q were cumbersome at best, and more often frustrating. It is very well done and comes in multiple languages, making it easy for vapers from different regions to make the most out of the Arizer XQ2.
