I have used it for years, I have dry, wiry wavy hair that tends to frizz and after washing and conditioning my hair after I towel dry it I put this on mainly the ends and let it air dry or style it. Not too heavy but stops the frizzies and keeps its shape. When I travel in summer to Europe or the islands I just wash hair and put this in, tie it up let it dry and it’s perfect.
