Noon seems to be arguing that the nations that currently comprise the UK need to have a different conversation concerning independence, a conversation around whether not England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales should be independent of one another AND, if so, IN RESPECT OF WHAT, a conversation that will require a paradigm shift from that which governs our current divisive and destructive current discourse to one that enables a more cooperative and constructive one.
