Honeyrose Products LTD shall not be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement, or otherwise be liable, by reason of any delay in performance, or the non-performance, of any of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that the delay or non-performance is due to any force majeure. The time for performance of that obligation shall be extended accordingly, subject to Article 14.4. Customer" means the party identified as the Customer in these Terms to whom Honeyrose Product LTD may agree to supply Goods in accordance with these Terms.
