Repeat these steps two to four times a day until you can fully retract your foreskin without any pain or discomfort. This can take anywhere from four to eight weeks, so don’t be concerned if your foreskin doesn’t budge after a few days.

What to expect with steroid creams – after two weeks, you should be able to start gradually stretching the foreskin once a day. You should only do this after being shown how by a doctor. Keep using the ring daily until it becomes loose enough to fall out by itself regularly. Use anti-fungal cream to counter fungal overgrowth. Do daily exercises such as frenulum stretching and two-finger stretching regularly. Work on improving your glans sensitivity daily. Be patient with seeing results and you now have a clear and simple path in your phimosis journey ahead of you. Adult Phimosis is diagnosed when the foreskin tightens and cannot retract normally or safely. There are 6 grades of Adult phimosis. Grade 1 being only very mild and grade 6 being Severe.
