Any use of loan players between GMCL clubs must be agreed by the opposition team managers before the match is played. In the event loan players are being used and team managers do not agree to play the game as a competitive fixture, the game is forfeited by the team using the loan player(s) and can be played as a friendly fixture. In the event both teams are using loan player(s),the match is deemed abandoned and can be played as a friendly fixture unless both team managers agree to play the game as a competitive fixture. A minimum of seven players are required to start a game (excluding under 9 and 11’s) and a minimum of 30 minutes after the scheduled starting time must elapse before the opposing team may claim the game. The bowler should feel the difference in pace they can bring the ball through their action and over time this will become faster, without any adverse effect on the accuracy.

Away sides can offer to host a Junior Cup fixture if the home side cannot find a suitable date due to pitch availability. In the u13, u15 and u18 Junior Cup the rules shall be as for the Junior League, except that there shall be no retirements and in the event of a tie the team managers shall agree upon the method for determining a result, choosing from a super-over, a bowl-out or a replay (a replay only being possible if there is sufficient time to complete the replay by the play-by date). In the event that a scheduled replay cannot be fulfilled due to weather then the result shall be determined by a bowl-out or toss of a coin, as agreed by the team managers. Where a combined team made up of GMCL clubs is declared and entered prior to the start of the season players are permitted to play for that combined team and for their home club at another age group for which they are eligible.i) on a Sunday morning, 10.00 start, but be mindful to finished at least 1 hour before any senior fixture and be prepared to move earlier should it be deemed necessary.
