I am pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it. I thought it was going to but just a fun read to finish the Halloween season but it was so much more than that! At first I thought I wasn’t going to like it because there were a few moments of immaturity within the dialog but that fortunately didn’t carry throughout the book. Reputation is one of my favorite Taylor Swift albums, and it’s always a ode to Sam from the Smut & Spice Pod. I felt like this album really fits Blairs motivations for revenge, and not caring what anyone thinks about her. What the hell?? Why isn’t everyone reading this rn??? It’s the perfect smutty spooky season paranormal book I’ve read in so long. Theodore Roethke, ‘ My Papa’s Waltz’. In this poem, whose rhythm echoes that of a waltz dance, Roethke recalls the time he danced with his father in their kitchen. He remembers the smell of whiskey on his father’s breath and his mother’s disapproving stares as she looks on. Blair’s boring Chad of boyfriend ( his name is Ryan but he’s such a Chad yano) cheats and Blair decides the sweetest revenge would be to bang his Daddy that just rode into town.

Sarah Blue created an universe with demons and witches and other supernatural creatures, and combined it with some of my favorite kinky tropes, a superb chosen family, and the most addictive characters and side characters. Leviathan Fitness is a sanctuary for monsters, muscles, and a widow on a journey of self-discovery. Sylvia Plath, ‘ Daddy’. One of Sylvia Plath’s most famous poems, ‘Daddy’ controversially links the father in the poem to a Nazi officer, and references the Holocaust. His relationship with both his daughters was so sweet, gah. And his scenes with Lilith!!!! Sometimes it’s not fair how good Sarah Blue is at writing secondary characters and making you yearn for their own books. But seriously, I just need more Lucifer/Lilith, I know she’d slay us all with the most amazing kinky yet soft story for these two. Lucifer has a throne to uphold and nothing can distract him from making all of his subjects fear and respect him. He tries to keep his distance from the one person in Hell who has made him feel again, but the temptation keeps growing. Maybe, just for her, he can show his soft side.
