This might not work well or seat neatly for the Old 3DS and Old 3DS XL because of their offside charger port location. Another way to charge your 3Ds without the charger is by using batteries. This is not as convenient as using a USB cable, but it will still get the job done. All you need to do is find some batteries that fit into your 3Ds ( AA or AAA ), and then put them in.
