There’s no ignoring the fact that four year olds will be growing up in a tech-heavy world, but introducing children to computers and programming can feel pretty overwhelming – especially with so many fears over the negative impact of screen time. I love that we can take this set with us on family outings, it's the perfect alternative to screen time.Our naturally cautious four year old took a bit of warming into the idea of a bike, but instantly felt in control and was able to pedal along after a few tries. Carry case and creation display has holes to fix your creations onto with the included design pegs, and the creations can be replaced any time. Four is the age when most children in the UK start school, and you may have even noticed them putting sounds and letters together or showing more of interest in basic maths puzzles. I do think the instructions do need to increase the drying time, because most of our creations took over the 10 minute drying time.

Our tester was immediately enthralled and found the device intuitive and easy to use (they were almost instantly taking snaps and recording funny voices).When the bead creations are completely dried after 60 minutes, carefully take the creation off from the tray and decorate onto the carry case or creation display with design pegs.
