About this deal

A ‘standard’ muffin tin holds 75ml of liquid in each cup – the sort you would use for small cupcakes. I made my move from the land Down Under to the land of milk and honey with a half container full of cookbooks and treasured kitchen paraphernalia, all amassed during my years as a poor student and, later, a poor graduate with a ridiculously high student loan. Pour the mixture into the friand tin holes, add a few raspberries to each one, then scatter with the chopped pistachios. Today I’m sharing my gluten free Blueberry Friands with Lemon (which make a nice change to Raspberry Friands or an egg white Pavlova). When you find a favourite recipe, it’s hard to try something new 😉 I love these raspberry friands, whereas my husband loves the lemon ones and the kids love the blueberry ones!
