About this deal

As in “Right, we could eat these yummy Jaffa cakes, or we could put the Jaffa cakes in this vacuum still and make Jaffa Cake Gin.

This is brilliantly delicious stuff, with splashes of exotic fruit alongside chocolatey richness and a core of familiar juniper notes. With a Marmalade-style smell and a rich chocolate undertone, this new gin should have Jaffa Cake fans' mouths watering, while the new tipple also sounds perfect for gin lovers with a sweet tooth – it's definitely a gin, rather than a liqueur. When you subscribe to our VIP Club you’ll receive your exclusive surprise bottle in the middle of the month. Having recently been quite adventurous with gins having unusual names – like Pink 47, Jawbox and Gutsy Monkey– I thought this is as good as any route to follow on my quest, so was very pleased to quickly come across Jaffa Cake Gin – yep, we’ll have a bottle of that … to the horror of Bruce, aka Gin Lover Two! We then introduce that iconic orange Jaffa Cake flavour by infusing hot milk and melted chocolate with orange rind. Right, we could eat these yummy Jaffa cakes, or we could put the Jaffa cakes in this vacuum still and make Jaffa Cake Gin. Finish: The orange-y palate fades into unctuous hot cocoa, and a note of bitter dark chocolate remains to the last, ably shored up by the piney tang from the juniper.

We're not saying this makes literally the best negroni that mankind has ever seen, but, well, okay - yes - we're saying exactly that. By using real Jaffa Cakes in the distillation process, the flavour is immaculately clear, yet you can still taste the familiar woody Juniper.

Jaffa Cake gin promises to have an uncanny taste resemblance to the delicious baked treat, without being sickly sweet – and, frankly, we can't wait to give it a try. We digress, for there is a new creation on the market, and this one may seem an unusual combination but, trust us, you will be satiated. Garnish with an orange peel or, for an indulgent extra, a Jaffa cake on the edge of your glass like a citrus wheel.

Ideal for gin lovers and those with sweet cravings, and not simply a novelty item either as this unique gin can be combined with Campari and sweet red vermouth to create a delightful twist on the classic Negroni, but we’ll talk about that later. The data collected including the number visitors, the source where they have come from, and the pages viisted in an anonymous form. The result is just like you’d expect - full-on Jaffa cake tastiness built around a distinctive base of crisp juniper. The cake element of the Jaffa Cake is then represented in this hot chocolate recipe by a touch of Vanilla Syrup. Maybe that’s not so surprising as there are Jaffa cakes in it, but I can’t believe how perfectly the flavour of them comes through. The label claims it’ll make the best Negroni mankind has ever seen, but we’ll let you be the judge of that one - though you will get top marks if you stick a Jaffa cake on your glass like a citrus wheel garnish. After all, it is the dream of many to be able to recreate a favourite snack about 50 times larger than the original, without the use of Rick Moranis’ creation in Honey I Blew Up the Kid.
