The pig silhouette might in fact be Penny Piggy's, since she was the bot of Lab - Chapter 12, and all of Book 2 chapter's badges have their silhouette as the bot of their respective chapters.

After finishing the map, the Player walks into a large hallway consisting of 2 bridges held above a large pit. Because his eminently intellectual approach to life is modeled on the attitudes and rules of the authoritative adult world, he thinks everyone should share his values and attitudes as a matter of course. One night in the alleys, Willow started contemplating about the behavior of her younger brother, William, to Pony, as well as her two other friends, Rash and Billy. The player goes up to the 2nd level containing distorted versions of the Gallery, the Hospital, and the Mall. He doesn't like Willow, though he gives her another chance when she offers to help them get the cure in factory's ending and uses her gun to knock out the infected camp soldiers. After TIO is defeated, Pony thanks the Player, since TIO's been sending him to his mind many times but has never been as aggressive as he is now. Billy then suggested stealing something nice to her brother, which Willow and Rash were up for, while Pony was the only one who was hesitant about this idea.You, the player, agree with Zizzy, remembering when Zizzy and Pony fought an army of infected at the Plant.

After being knocked out by the memories created by the player, TIO is defeated, and the player is brought back to reality. These are one of the few items to be in every chapter (not including extra chapters such as Winter Holiday, Mansion, Breakout etc. An announcement on Twitter by DerpyDervee stated that despite Piggy “ending”, a collaboration with the developers of the fan game Piggy: The Lost Book is set to release in May 2023.

The player and Doggy are tasked to arrest Willow and Rash, who have been stealing food and supplies from all around the city. Giraffy and Mimi apologize to Pony for not listening to him telling him to not trust the radio, and Pony forgives them, afterwards saying that they need to get out.

The Player questions Willow on if it's a trap or not, and Willow says that she'll go with them as they would have her weapon to defend themselves. Player needs to then escape the Safe Place, rescuing Mimi, Pony, and Giraffy, while trying to avoid Raze, who somehow broke in. Due to TIO starting to move at a fixed time, players can still get spawn killed if their cutscene is delayed.Sometime in September 10, MiniToon made a thumbnail which had Willow and the Piggy silhouette on it, but it was just used to announce when Piggy: Book 2 released (September 12, 2020, 2:00 PM MST).
