This book will reside on my bedside table for months or longer, so I’ll have it near to reread a favorite bit of dialogue, a particularly wonderful scene or simply experience the same heartfelt emotion it evokes in me one more time. It got better, the back and forth banter and my favorite scene when she ran out of his house and he chased her down the street and there's a rainstorm, and she bashed his chest with her wilted hat until he gave in and kissed her.
