I was actually expecting this outcome given that the 93xx models come with the same shaving heads and the same motors as the ongoing models. So this review will be relevant for the entire 93xx range, including the 9390cc, 9370cc or the solo models that don’t include a cleaning station (9340s, 9330s, etc. Before placing the shaver in the station, make sure it’s dry and free of any foam or soap — you don’t want those ending up in the cleaning solution.

The 9385cc and some other country-specific models in the 93xx generation were initially only available in a few markets, particularly in Europe and Asia. This may change in time as the 93xx Series 9 shavers will be officially released in other countries, but until then you can safely get the 92s or the 92b. But it’s great that yours seems to be working as it should — I never had a Series 9 cc that would actually use the Short program.
