It is simple and minimalistic, but at the same time, the dial is beautifully finished, ensuring that you will never get bored of it. This is an exceptionally well-balanced timepiece, and this obviously goes very well together with its name, Symphony. The company should stay upfront that customers should not ever seek repair nor service. With their reputation take a hit? Who knows, and they probably don’t care.

Similar experience, “We can’t do anything.” Thank goodness I was able to get it done in Japan from a local watchmaker who reached out and Lord knows how he did it. But it got done. And it was very high-quality, and actually on-brand. Amazing. Clearly over here artisans take pride in their craft. That may not be the case forever, I see this trend and tailoring and other special services losing their generational oomph due to - aging and no replacement. If I still have no other options, I will have to use a drop shipper or speak to friends that reside in USA.
